Best Recording Period Report Page

This report displays a graph showing the business vs private usage over the current financial year. It also shows:

  • The best recording period calculated from the entire financial year, or part thereof.
  • The best minimum recording period.
  • The best other recording period
  • The full financial year business / private split.

Report Criteria

From Date The date to include trips from.
To Date The date to include trips to.
Calc. Type Whether to use the percentage of business trips or business km as the best period comparison.
Group By The Vehicle option displays data only for vehicles. The Both displays vehicle and driver percentages.
Enable User Period Filter If enabled, excludes the trips outside the drivers user period filter. The excluded trips are still considered 'assigned' but they will not be attributed to that driver.
