Logbook Entries Page
The logbook entries page provides facilities for searching and editing and adding logbook entries. You may also assign trips from this page.
The Log Entry Search panel is used to filter log the displayed entries. The available search filters are described below.
| Trip Start | Only trips started on or after this date will be displayed. |
| Trip End | Only trips started on or before this date will be displayed. |
| Vehicle | If supplied, filters the results to display only the selected vehicle. |
| Driver | If supplied, filters the results to display only the selected driver. |
| Comment/Address | If supplied, the comment or address fields maust contain this text. |
Assigning Trips
Assign trips, if any, are always displayed at the top of the list. To assign these trips press the Assign Trip button.
Editing Trips
A trip that has been assigned may be edited by using the Edit button.
Trips older than seven days cannot be assigned or edited.Log Search Results
The following information is displayed in the log search results list.
| Trip Start | date and time the trip started. |
| Duration | The trips duration in hours:Minutes:seconds. |
| Distance | The trip distance. |
| Driver | The driver. |
| Vehicle | The name of the vehicle. |
| Destination | The trips destination. |
| Deleted | If yes then this trip has been deleted and will no longer be used in trip statistics. |
| Private | If yes then this is a private trip. IE: Not business related. |
Only visible for the trips driver.
