FBT Logbook Users Page

This FBT Logbook user administration page is used to manage your users permissions in FBT Logbook portal system.

Username	The logbook users email address.
First Name	The logbook users first name. Automatically populated.
Last Name	The logbook users last name. Automatically populated.
Assigned Vehicles	The number of vehicles that the logbook user has assigned themselves.
Last Log Entry	The latest log entry that the logbook user assigned a trip purpose to.
Access Level	The users access level within the FBT Logbook portal.

Edit Logbook User Details

This panel is used to modify a logbook users email address or change their access level.

These fields are populated via therefore they cannot be edited in the FBT Logbook portal.

Username	The logbook users email address.
First Name	The logbook users first name.
Last Name	The logbook users last name.
Show in Reports	If selected the users data will be available for reporting. Trip data is collected for this driver whether this is selected or not.
Access	The users access level.

Standard Access	Able to view and edit their own log entries. Able to run the Trip Detail Report for their own vehicles.
Edit Group	Able to view and edit log entries at and below their group level. Able to run the Trip Detail Report for their own vehicles. Cannot view other users private trip information such as location and comments.
Run Reports	Able to run all reports. Cannot view other users private trip information such as location and comments.
Run Reports	Able manage E-Logook Users in their group and lower. Able to request extra licences.

Deleting a Logbook User

Deleting a logbook user will not delete any of their log entries.
